November 1, 2009: Halloween is actually one of our favorite times of the year, since it provides such great opportunities to do something a little out of the ordinary. For her costume this year, Paige decided to dress as a Pirate Queen, complete with rapier to pillage the seas. She started off in the wheelchair so she could show off the great boots that go with this outfit, then Jacqui helped her remove them and put some heels on next...
After the shoes came the braces, which Jacqui helped Paige into so she could stand up and do some posing with her crutches...
