Paige's 3 Earliest Photo and Video Series on 1 DVD - November, 2008

We're beginning to archive some older material from the site and the store in order to streamline navigation, reduce clutter and make it easier to get to the most recent material. With Paige's First Year Anniversary on the site approaching on November 8, 2009, we're starting the archives with her first material ever published here. Between November 8 and November 10, 2008, Paige shot 3 series of photos to document her first days in leg braces, and the very first was her set in jeans and the taupe leather/polished band braces. That was followed the next day with a series in a gray miniskirt and the white leather braces with bail locks, and finally with a series in a red print skirt and the taupe braces. These 3 collections will be removed from the Member Galleries and placed in the online archives (which will be a separate area of the site) on November 8, 2009. We have remastered the disks from these collections so that all photos are now in the original 2000 x 3008 pixel format, combined them into one convenient volume and burned a number of copies for immediate shipment. Once these copies are exhausted we will no longer offer this dvd collection, so take a look at the detailed descriptions and thumbnails below and consider adding this volume to your collection while it is still available.

Part I: First Day in Leg Braces. 106 photos and Paige's first video with a running time of 11 minutes and 42 seconds. This collection takes you through Paige being helped into her braces for the first time by Jacqui (Herself wearing a full-lacer KAFO on her left leg), learning to use crutches, taking her first steps and making her way out onto the deck. Outside she practices walking, and tries sitting down and standing up with her legs locked straight. She chose tight-fitting jeans for her first photos, so every inch of her braces are visible as she moves around in them. A wide range of photos includes, application and removal of her braces, standing, sitting, walking, and a number of good close-ups of the braces.
Part II: 83 photos and her second video, with a running time of 10 minutes and 32 seconds. Later that same day Paige changed into a gray miniskirt and tan pantyhose, and was ready to try heels mounted to the white leather KAFOs. Paige starts indoors with a little practice to get the feel of the higher heels and different braces, then heads outside to try them out on the deck. She learns how bail-locks work when she sits down, then heads back inside for some time in the wheelchair. There is a detailed sequence of photos showing Paige's first transfer from the chair to the sofa using her hands, then some final photos by the fireplace.
Part III: 80 photos and a longer 27 minute and 11 second video. Two days later Paige was ready to venture out a little further, and after donning a red print skirt she was helped into her braces (Polished band KAFOs with low-heel shoes) by Brian and Jacqui, then went outside to try her hand at the steps for the first time. Some longer walking out in the front yard followed, then some posing and practice getting into and out of the car before working her way back up the steps and inside where Jacqui helps to remove her braces for her.
